This is a legal and binding agreement between you, the user (referred to as “user” or “you”) of the programs and services offered by DevOps Institute Mumbai (referred to as “DevOps Institute Mumbai,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), and DevOps Institute Mumbai, including its affiliates and subsidiaries. These terms govern your use of our platform, services, and programs, including our website www.devopsinstitutemumbai.co.in , mobile applications, and any other digital or physical platforms operated by DevOps Institute Mumbai (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
DevOps Institute Mumbai offers specially designed training and certification programs in DevOps, cloud computing, and related technologies, along with career assistance services (collectively referred to as “Programs”).
By accessing or using the Platform and the Programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on the Platform (collectively referred to as the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform or enroll in any Programs.
1.Programs and Services
DevOps Institute Mumbai provides various training and certification programs tailored for working professionals and students. These include, but are not limited to, courses in DevOps, cloud computing, and other related technologies. We also offer job assistance to help our participants advance their careers.
Each Program may have specific terms regarding enrollment, payment, refunds, deferrals, and completion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a Program, the specific terms of the Program will prevail.
2.Payment Method
To make a payment for any Program or purchase any services or products offered by DevOps Institute Mumbai through the Platform, you must have internet access and a valid payment method (“Payment Method”). DevOps Institute Mumbai does not store any of your credit card information or other restricted information. We have partnered with secure payment gateways to process payments. By using a third-party payment provider, you agree to abide by their terms and conditions.
DevOps Institute Mumbai is not responsible for the storage of your payment information by third-party providers. Any loss incurred due to the usage of such information is solely your responsibility, and we are not liable for any such losses.
We will never ask for your OTP or other authentication-related information. Please be cautious when making payments and during financial transactions.
Failure to pay the applicable Program fee may result in withdrawal of your access to a Program. Depending on your location, the type of payment method used, and the currency, your transaction may be subject to foreign exchange fees or exchange rates. DevOps Institute Mumbai does not support all payment methods, currencies, or locations for payment.
All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide at the time of enrollment or purchase.

4.Eligibility for Certification and Placement Assistance
Certification Programs
- To be eligible for certification from DevOps Institute Mumbai, participants must:
- Complete all assignments and projects by the specified deadlines.
- Submit assignments with proper documentation as required by the program.
- Ensure that all fees are fully paid before the certification process begins.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If a participant withdraws from the program before completing the assignments or milestones, they will not be eligible for a refund.
- Even if the participant completes the program and later withdraws from the course, the fees will still not be refunded.
- If a participant withdraws from the program without completing assignments or meeting milestone deadlines, they will not be eligible for placement assistance. For certification, the participant must first complete all pending fees before the process can proceed.
Diploma Programs
- Participants enrolled in diploma programs are required to:
- Complete all coursework, assignments, and projects on time with the appropriate documentation.
- Ensure full payment of fees before any certification or diploma is issued.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- The fees for diploma programs are non-refundable, regardless of whether the participant withdraws during or after completing the course.
- We commit 100% of our efforts to providing quality education, training, and support; hence, no refunds will be provided.
- Participants who fail to meet assignment deadlines or withdraw without completing program milestones will not be eligible for placement assistance. To obtain the diploma, participants must pay the outstanding fees in full.
5.Use of the Platform
The Platform may include, but is not limited to, our website, mobile apps, WhatsApp groups, social media pages, and other forums managed by DevOps Institute Mumbai. Some parts of the Platform may be operated or provided by third-party service providers. By using these services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of those third-party providers. DevOps Institute Mumbai is not responsible for any disruptions caused by these third-party services.
6.Limitation of Liability
DevOps Institute Mumbai is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or participation in the Programs. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
7.Refund Handling
Since there will be no refunds once a seat is booked or blocked, refund requests will not be processed. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review the program details and consider your commitment before enrolling.
Technical Courses: DevOps, Cloud Computing, and More
For technical courses such as DevOps, Automation and Cloud Computing (including AWS), the following guidelines apply:
- No Refunds After Booking: Once a seat is booked in any technical course, no refunds will be issued. This applies to programs covering a variety of tools and platforms, including but not limited to Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and AWS services like EC2 and S3.
8.Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
